Please pray for all those wo have been bereaved recently, that they be aware of God’s loving presence with them at this time and that they will receive comfort and peace of mind.
Please pray too for all those in our church family, in your own family and circles of friends who are suffering from poor health at this time. Pray for those in hospitals and nursing homes, for those recovering at home and for those awaiting treatments or diagnoses. Pray too for all the family members and friends who look after others in their need. Please also pray for those who suffer from depression, anxiety and all other mental illnesses. Pray that they will receive the care and treatments they need .
Please pray for our church; for our minister Gill as she carries out the many duties of her ministry, pray for her health and wellbeing and for her family. Pray for Kai our lay worker in her role in the circuit and for her studies for the future. Please also pray for the churches throughout our circuit and for the ministry teams and congregations at each place.
Pray for each of our local churches and the ministry and work that goes on , praying that the churches may be a strong presence in our locality and be a safe and welcoming place for all.
Pray for our local community of Leyland and area. Pray especially for those in most need; the homeless who have to sleep on our streets, those unable to provide enough food for themselves or their families, those suffering from depression and fears for their future and all who feel they are forgotten or rejected by society.
Pray for all organisations and individuals who reach out to try to help others in any way and pray that we may all respond in some way .
Please pray for the leaders and government of our country and of all countries in the world. Pray for integrity and justice to be at the forefront of all their discussions and decisions. Pray for all leaders who are Christians , whether in political, financial or business situations that they will use their positions wisely and with God’s guidance.
Pray for all parts of the world affected by warfare. Pray for those who have lost loved ones, those who have been injured physically or mentally and all who are vulnerable and afraid. Pray for those forced to leave their homes and livelihoods and seek safety elsewhere, pray they may be treated with kindness and dignity as they seek to rebuild their lives.
