Please pray for all those known to you in our church fellowship, in your own families and in your circles of friends and neighbours who are going through difficult times . Pray for those who are
experiencing health problems either physically or mentally that they will receive the diagnoses and treatment they need ; pray especially for Elizabeth Thirsk and Frank Moore who are both in
hospital. Pray for those who care for others who are unwell whether in a professional capacity or as a family member or friend. Pray for people suffering from other situations causing them stress
and anxiety. Pray that each person may be able to access the help and support they need.

Please pray for all those who have been bereaved recently that they will be comforted by God’s loving presence surrounding and sustaining them , remembering Jean Miller who lost her husband ,
Mick, recently; his funeral service will be held at Charnock Richard Crematorium on Tuesday 16th September at 11.30am.

Please pray for our church and for all the churches in our circuit. Pray for our minister Gill and her family, for Kai and her family and for the ministers throughout the circuit, that God will continue to guide and bless everything they undertake in his name.

Pray for the leadership teams , stewards and circuit stewards in each church and for all those who serve on committees and planning groups.

Please continue to pray for those planning for our Stewardship Campaign, that God will guide and inspire them in this task. Pray that as a church fellowship we will all be inspired and encouraged by the campaign to consider what we could offer in the way of time, talents and money.

Most of our church groups have now restarted following the summer break. Please pray for the leaders of each group that they will feel refreshed and renewed after the break .Pray too that
others will feel willing to volunteer their help and support where they can. Pray for those who are joining a group for the first time, that they will receive a warm welcome and soon feel at home.

Please continue to pray for our wider world and all its many needs. Pray that peace will come to those countries suffering warfare and violence and for all the most vulnerable people living in
these areas. Pray for the leaders of all nations that they will use their positions of power and influence wisely and with integrity.

Please continue to pray for Christians throughout the world especially those living in dangerous situations and those who face hostility and persecution because of their faith. Pray that they will be
strengthened and sustained by God’s presence with them.
